Hi there! I'm Keith Horan, owner and instructor here at MindfulTeachers.com.

I've been practicing and teaching meditation a long time (coming up to 20 years!) and I love bringing Mindfulness to Teachers. I've done the research too and have a MSc in Mindfulness-based Approaches from the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice.

I'm a school teacher myself, and have spent the past twelve years teaching Geography and Science in a school in Galway, in the West of Ireland.

The course starts now and never ends! The material becomes available to you each week, for 4 weeks. But you can take as long as you need to work through the Course. And come back for refreshers anytime!

Does this Course train me to teach Mindfulness to Students?
